  1. 19TH CENTURY FEDERAL SIDEBOARD. Circa 1820’s Federal style mahogany sideboard, detailed with bowed front and yew string inlay. Size: 60” W x 20.5” D x 42” H. Condition: Good, old refinish, missing 1 escutcheon.
  2. 19TH CENTURY SHERATON TABLE. Exceptional 1830’s Sheraton style mahogany drop leaf table, detailed with acanthus leaf carved legs and brass cup castors. Size: 37” W x 23.5” D x 29” H, 52.5” with leaves up. Condition: VG, old refinish, original hardware.
  3. GEORGE III MAHOGANY KNIFE BOXES (2). Two Georgian period, circa 1790 mahogany knife boxes, near identical, not a pair, in serpentine profile with sloping hinged lids. Detailed with satinwood, purple heart and boxwood inlays, silver escutcheons/handles and star inlaid interiors. Sizes: 9” W x 11” D x 14” H and 8.5” W x 11” D x 13.75” H. Condition is Good, tight case, good hardware, minor faults that commensurate with age, old finish, loss to one interior profile knife shelf.
  4. 19TH CENTURY WAX PROFILE. Scarce and desirable circa 1810 Massachusetts wax profile of gentleman. Framed under glass. Size: 9.5” W x 10.5” H x 2.5” D. Condition: VG, exceptional colour, crisp image, very detailed.
  5. 19TH CENTURY AMERICAN CLASSICAL SOFA. High quality American circa 1850 mahogany frame sofa, detailed with scrolled arms and brass paw feet with rolling castors.   6. EARLY 19TH CENTURY PORTRAIT. Circa 1840 large Portrait of young Woman sitter, oil on canvas. Image size – 19” x 23.5”, mahogany frame 26” W x 30.5”. Condition is Good.
  7. PAIR OF 19TH CENTURY PEG OIL LAMPS. Pair of 1880’s peg oil lamps with cranberry fonts detailed with enameled florals and ruffled cranberry glass shades with etched florals. Condition is VG, burners are of different heights and manufacturers.
  8. PAIR OF 19TH CENTURY WATERCOLOUR PORTRAITS. Pair of framed 1840’s naive Watercolour Portrait Profiles of Husband-and-Wife sitters on paper. Gent portrait labeled on verso “This likeness of John King was taken in the year 1849 aged 54 years”. The Lady portrait is labeled on verso, “Henrietta King likeness taken in the year 1849 aged 52 years”. Image size of both 6.75” x 9.5”, mahogany frames 10” x 13”. Condition of both is VG, strong colours and very clean, no foxing or staining.
  9. GEORGE III TEA CADDY SET. Circa 1800 mahogany Tea Caddy with complete interior. Detailed with original brass handle, ivory escutcheon and lid pulls, inlaid with yew, fitted with glass tea bowl. Size: 5.5” D x 11.5” W x 6” H. Condition VG, subtle wear.
  10. ANTIQUE LOUIS XVI style BOOKCASE. Exceptional and decorative 1850’s Louis XVI style Caribbean mahogany and brass bookcase. Detailed in mahogany and mahogany veneer with two glazed doors and brass thread trim and fillets. Size: 38.5” W x 18.5” D x 69” H. Condition is VG.
  11. EARLY 19TH FEDERAL WORK TABLE. Circa 1820 Sheraton style mahogany and figured maple two drawer work/sewing table. Rectangular top detailed with ovolo corners above quarter engaged ring turned columns continuing to rope turned legs. Size: 20.5” W x 18” D x 29” H. Condition VG.

  23. GEORGE IV HANGING CORNER CUPBOARD. Circa 1820’s mahogany hanging corner cupboard in George VI style. Detailed with banded tiger maple frieze, cockbeaded panel door, three interior shelves and pronounced cornice. Size: 46” H and takes 20” corner. Condition is Good, minor faults, warp to door.
  24. 19TH REGENCY ARM CHAIR. Circa 1830’s Canadian Regency style armchair. Constructed in mahogany and detailed with inlaid tiger maple crest rail, carved bracket cross rail and reeded arms and stiles. Good condition, old refinish and minor repairs.
  25. 19TH GEORGIAN HALL TABLE. Circa 1820’s Georgian mahogany hall/writing table resting on tapered legs with brass bale hardware. Size: 17” D x 31” W x 28” H. Condition is VG, old refinish, original or period hardware.
  26. PAIR 19TH FAMILY SILHOUETTES. Pair of English1850’s silhouette watercolour portraits of Gent and Lady, unsigned, possibly husband and wife. Art of both is substantial, 9” x 11”, in matching oak frames with gilt inserts and ebonized molding, 13” x 15”. Condition is Good, original frames, some spotting to Gents image, as per photos.
  27. 19TH VICTORIAN POLE SCREEN. Circa 1850’s English mahogany fire screen, frame and base with maple string inlaid applications. Pole terminates with flamed finial. Frame holds original floral worked textile. Size: frame 12” x 17” oval, pole 56” H. Condition is VG, great base, original finish, hardware and textile.
  28. 19th FIGURED MAPLE SEWING BOX. Circa 1840’s sarcophagus form, tiger maple sewing box. Detailed with strong tiger maple, walnut turned handles and feet, boxwood string inlay and partitioned trayed interior with ivory pulls. Size: 9.5” D x 11.5” W x 7” H. Condition is VG, old finish, some interior partitions need to be reglued.
  29. 19th FLOW BLUE CHINA PLATES (3). Colourful flow blue plate lot (3) includes – “Formosa” S.B. & Co., 9” x 10” cake plate. Floral decorated 9” x 10” cake plate and “Blue Willow” design 10” diameter dinner plate. Condition of all, Excellent.

  31. JOHN DEERE S240 LAWN TRACTOR. Excellent running John Deere 2016 model S240 with only “158 hours” of running time, private use only! Engine, 18.5 HP, 603cc with cast iron liners, air cooled. K46 heavy duty hydrostatic transmission. Two-wheel drive. Rear tires 20” x 10-8. Running lights. Dealer serviced yearly! Excellent condition, small tear on seat as per photos.

  35. 19TH WALNUT DOCUMENT BOX. Exceptional and large 1850’s walnut and burr walnut document box. Detailed profiled top, sides and base, original hardware, cut nails and applied cabriole feet. Size: 10.5” D x 16.5” W x 9” H. Excellent condition, original surface finish.
  36. CIRCA 1850’S BRASS CANDLESTICK LOT. Lot of three pairs of antique British brass candle sticks. Sizes pair 7.5” H, pair 10.25” H and pair 11.75” H. Condition VG, 10.25” pair drilled for lamps, as per photos.
  37. ANTIQUE SETH THOMAS MANTLE CLOCK. Circa 1840’s Seth Thomas Mantle Clock, time and strike, in rosewood veneer, etched and painted tablet with doves, gilt pillars and original interior paper label. Size: 15” x 26”. Good original condition, keeps good time, areas of wear to case and paint loss to face as per photos.
  38. 1879 PORT CREDIT sgd. PAINTING. Watercolour of moored sailboats along Lake Ontario shore, signed bottom left “Will W. Alexander 1879”, sailboat titled “Coronet Toronto”. Size: art 7” x 9.5”, frame 13” x 15”. Excellent condition.
  39. 1846 NIAGARA FALLS PENCIL SKETCH. Scarce early pencil sketch image of “Viewers at table rock overlooking Niagara Falls”. Pencil signed at bottom “Crescent Falls of Niagara” and on verso “Sketch Niagara Falls by Capt. E.E. Morgan R.N. 1845 -6”. Size: art 3.5” x 6”, frame 7” x 9.25”. VG condition.
  40. SAROUK PERSIAN CARPET. Semi Antique Persian Sarouk floral wool rug in traditional reddish pink ground, and blue colours with ivory border. Size: 7’-9” x 10’-3”. Good Condition, some fringe wear, as per photos.
  41. 19th NIAGARA WALNUT LINEN PRESS. Scarce and diminutive 1830-1840 Lincoln County walnut Linen Press, attributed to early Niagara cabinet maker John Grobb. Linen press is 2-piece, with pegged and dovetailed case construction. Detailed with bracket ogee foot, quarter columns, cavetto cornice moldings, fielded 4 panel upper doors and lower lapped drawers. Similar example book plate 1016 “The Heritage of Upper Canadian Furniture”. Size: 20.5” D x 51” W x 79” H. Very Good condition, old refinish, replaced pulls, old repairs to base, as per photos. Ex. Bell Collection.
  42. 18TH ENGLISH OAK COFFER. Exceptional 1750’s English Oak Coffer/Blanket Chest. Detailed with triple panel top and front, nulling carved frieze and stiles, canted faced till, pegged construction, snipe hinged and feet with carved fleur-des-Lis. Size: 21” D x 48” W x 25” H. Excellent condition, old or original surface, old but replaced lock.
  43. EARLY 19TH CLASSICAL TABLE. Choice 1830’s American Empire style mahogany/mahogany veneer, pedestal, center or drawing room drop leaf table in the manner of Anthony Quervelle. Detailed with hooded scroll paw supports, working and opposing faux drawers, figured mahogany veneer and original hardware. Size: 21.75” W x 38” D x 28.5” H, (leaves up 47.5” W). VG condition, clean top, old refinish, minor old repairs, as per photos.
  44. 19TH PORTRAIT of GENTLEMAN. Large circa 1800’s Portrait of Gentleman, unsigned, unknown sitter. Size: art 21” x 26.5”, frame 26” x 31”. Oil on canvas. VG condition, fine details.

  46. REGENCY PERIOD WORK BOX. Exceptional and scarce circa 1820 English Work Box, bombe shaped with single drawer, wood, covered in red Russia leather, topped with a gadrooned lid. Detailed with reeded cylinder decoration and applied brass paw feet and decorative mounts. Size: 5.5” D x 8.5” W x 6” H. Condition is good, some surface wear and dents to brass feet, as per photos.
  47. VICTORIAN JEWELRY BOX. Circa 1880’s black lacquered jewelry box with hand decorated enamel foliated and face designs. Bombe form with lift lid and a pair of hinged swing-out drawers and ball feet. Size: 4” D x 7.25” W x 5” H. Good Condition, subtle wear to paint.
  48. 19TH SHERATON ARMCHAIR. Circa 1850’s late Sheraton paint decorated and stenciled armchair with rush seat. Seat 17.5” H, chair crest 34.5” H. Excellent Condition, tight frame, superb paint and fruit comport stencil. Seat is excellent older replacement.

Detailed with original paint, hollow carved, glass eyes, carved wings and double stamped initials of carver. Size: 13” H x 9.75” W x 24.5” L. VG Condition, original paint, no repairs.
  60. BLACK DUCK DECOY by STEVE ONESCHUK (CFL). Black Duck, working decoy signed by maker, Steve Oneschuk (b. St. Catharines 1930-1966). Solid block, detailed with original feathered paint and glass eyes. Size: 7” W x 6.75” H x 16” L. Condition is Good, original paint, minor loss to lower left beak, as per photos. (Note) Steve Oneschuk was an exceptional athlete, winning 1957 Grey Cup with CFL Hamilton Tiger Cats, Copps Memorial Trophy and the University of Toronto Biggs Trophy.
  61. VINTAGE BLACK DUCK DECOY. 1930’s Black Duck working cork body duck decoy. Rigged, shot over, decoy, detailed with carved wood head, glass eyes, cork body, tin tail feathers and original or old paint. Size 6.25” H x 5.5” W x 15.5” L. Good Condition, some cork loss to tail as per photos.
  62. 19TH NIAGARA CHEST OF DRAWERS. Exceptional circa 1850-1860’s Lincoln County walnut and tiger maple chest of drawers, attributed cabinet maker/ or shop of John Grobb. Five-drawer chest detailed with tiger maple drawers, original bracket ogee foot, cockbeaded and lapped drawers, ebonized quarter columns and base, pegged and square cut nail construction. Size: 21” D x 46” W x 51” H to top of deck, 56.5” to top of backboard. VG Condition, original, minor old repairs, as per photos.
  63. 19TH AMERICAN HITCHCOCK CHAIRS. Pair of 1820-1830’s Regency style tiger maple side chairs. Detailed with strong tiger maple wood grain, elaborate gilt cornucopia and harp stenciling and ochre piping. Sabre and turned legs, with woven seats. Size: 35” H backs and 18” H seats. VG condition, original paint decoration, tight frames and older replaced woven seats.
  64. 19TH WALNUT BLIND CORNER CUPBOARD. Circa 1840’s walnut bind corner cupboard with cut-out base. Detailed with four fielded raised panel doors with cockbeading, original brass hardware, four interior shelves, with square cut nail and pegged construction. Size: 55.5” W 79” H and takes 38” corner. Excellent Condition, old finish, original hardware and tight case.
  65. LATE 18TH C PEDESTAL CANDLESTAND. Circa 1790 walnut pedestal candlestand with Queen Anne style snake foot. Detailed with turned tray top, dovetailed legs and hand made screws. Size: 21” Diameter x 29” H. Excellent Condition, old finish, tight frame.
  66. ANTIQUE WALNUT TALL POST BED. Circa 1830’s Ontario walnut turned tall post bed with full tester. Size 51” W x 77” W x 84” H. VG Condition, older refinish.
  67. PERSIAN HAMADAN RUG. Semi-antique Hamadan Persian wool rug. Boasting an intricate pattern in shades of red and blue with cream and green accents. Size: 6’-2” x 3’-9”. Good Condition, overall light wear, worn fringe.
